Dan has held extensive leadership positions in the banking industry. Dan served as President and CEO of Lorain National Bank, Regional President of Huntington National Bank, Vice President for Corporate Strategy at Key Corp and Vice Chairman of Key Private Bank.  Additionally, Dan held key positions with both McKinsey and Company and Deloitte Consulting.

Steve serves as President of Ridge Global and previously served as Chief Innovation Officer for Ridge Global and Risk Cooperative and divisional Chief Executive Officer for Ridge Global Solutions.  He previously served as president of Space Florida, and Winner Global Defense. Additionally, Steve served as Director of the Pennsylvania Governor's Action Team for financial incentive programs for industrial and business expansion projects. Steve currently serves on the ICS-ISAC Leadership Advisory Board.
 

Mablene currently serves on special assignment as interim Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs at Dillard University. Additionally, Mablene has served as President of Robert Morris University and Vice President of Strategic Affairs and Alliances at Roosevelt University. Mablene has worked extensively on economic advancement in urban, and under served communities. Mablene serves on multiple entrepreneurial boards.

Ron is former CEO of MOEN Brands and Crane Plumbing Company, additionally, Ron served as a top ten executive at the Chrysler Corporation. Ron has broad experience, from leading large companies, to advising, and funding small to middle market companies, through his investment companies, Austin Capital Partners, and RK Leirvik & Associates. 

Terry serves as President of Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank. Terry has extensive banking experience including serving as the Director of Banking for the State of New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance, Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer of Noah Bank, and Senior Vice President at Washington State Bank. 

Steve currently serves as CEO for the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, and Chief Economist at the Heritage Foundation. Steve formerly served as Economic Advisor to the President of the United States, and as a member of the Editorial Board of the Wall Street Journal. Steve consults with and makes regular appearances on the major business channels. 

Peter is Executive Director of TZT Holdings LLC. He directs TZT’s engagement with banks, RIA’s, and fund managers. Previously, he has served as a strategic adviser to several of the world’s top 100 banks, insurance companies and fund managers, creating billions of dollars of funds flowing to client institutions.  During the past decade his primary banking focus has been serving, and working with U.S. community banks.   

Madou is founder and CEO of Prime Dash and affiliate companies. He previously served as CEO of Systems & Solutions International Group (SSIG). Madou has extensive experience with innovative financial, operations, and management systems. Every year, Madou speaks at multiple events focusing on Entrepreneurship, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Leadership, Business Finances, Emerging Markets, Global Poverty, Agriculture, and Economic Sustainability.   

Bill served as a leading partner for Ernst & Young for more than 35 years. He has extensive experience in standard setting, having chaired various technical committees, including the AICPA’s Assurance Services Executive Committee, the XBRL Assurance Task Force. He was a member of the FASB’s not-for-profit committee. He also has worked closely with various federal officials.   

CEO of Warfel Enterprises, he serves as advisor to multiple leading companies. Formerly, he served as President of Westfield Group, parent company of Westfield insurance and Westfield Bank. The entrepreneurial focused bank was launched on his watch at Westfield.  John also served as Chief Executive Officer of Oswald Companies. 

Greg currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of General Real Estate Group. Formerly, he served as Managing Director of JP Morgan Securities, and CEO of Russell, Rea & Zappala Investment Bank. Additionally, served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Securities Industry Association.
