At the USBA, we are pleased to be a "Charter Partner" with Generation Free Enterprise. Our mission is aligned with GenFe's desire to help build businesses in the communities we serve.

Generation Free Enterprise aspires to help people create companies and open up the free enterprise world to foster equality of opportunity and massive inclusion by as many people as possible. We believe this is achievable; with knowledge, understanding, advocacy, support, and connectivity. Far too many people don't fully understand the unlimited potential before them. 

Respect and massive inclusion are the cornerstones of GenFe's mission, where equal access and opportunity to learn, grow, succeed and thrive are available to everyone.

America’s youth need to know why things work and why they fail; what’s good for prosperity and what undermines or destroys it. If they don’t understand these things they won’t be able to sustain and build on the blessings of liberty — and the institutions supporting prosperity will crumble. 

It doesn’t matter why our youth don’t understand these things. They must understand them for their own future. Their future depends on it. America’s future depends on it. 

It is incumbent upon those who do know how and why free enterprise and capitalism work to not let this knowledge die. The lamp of liberty must remain brightly illuminated. A thorough, fundamental understanding of free enterprise must be handed down — purposefully, deliberately, and urgently — to arrest the gradual surrender of the essential culture that has sustained America since its beginning. 

At USBA we are proud to be part of the American Free Enterprise System. That's why we are a champion! Champions come in all sizes, shapes, and forms. We are helping our members and their customers become  champions!  We need our members to be open to mentoring, support, or simply answer questions that young people may have about free enterprise.
